Upon seeing what resonates with them most, ultimately inspiring them to take action and build a future that ignites their spirit, we then work with the mentor or mentors who inspired them to give them the playbook (Trajectory Manual) that can help realize their ambitions

Our Workshops

In our workshops, our mentors give the youth communities we serve a firsthand look at the paths these leaders took to success—including the schools they attended, the philosophies that shaped them, and the key modern-day insights that are crucial to navigating today’s world. By bridging the gap between zeal and access, Trajectory Architecture empowers the next generation to learn directly from those who have paved the way

Why We Matter

For our founder, Thomas Herd, it was only thanks to the gift of being exposed to the intellects, organizations, executives, and ways of living that he developed the life force and drive to become an entrepreneur. After a tough, but ultimately successful career as the CEO of the marketing agency T1 Advertising, he wanted to give the gift of the experience that initially planted the seed of both desire and capability in him, and to open that up and democratize it for many others whose lives could be positively and disproportionately affected by it

We identify and support gifted youth through mentorship, hands-on experiences, and industry exposure, helping turn aspirations into goals. By connecting them with professionals and real-world opportunities, Trajectory Architecture bridge talent and success, empowering them to shape their future

Identifying Talent

Select gifted individuals aged 8-22 who meet the core criteria. Focus on those with untapped potential but limited access to resources or mentorship, offering them an opportunity to explore and ignite their passions.

Step 2

Immersive Experiences

Organize meet-and-greet experiences with leading entrepreneurs, visionaries, inventors, and artists. The focus of these experiences is not just on the professional achievements of the mentors, but on the journeys that led them to success.

Step 3

Structured Learning

The profession and industry they’re exploring. The skills, education, and certifications required. By understanding the necessary steps and tools needed for success, the youth can chart their own path toward their goals.
